The upstream changelog is included in the debian package as
a gzip compressed file:
/usr/share/doc/xen-tools/changelog.gz
To read it you can use:
"zmore /usr/share/doc/xen-tools/changelog.gz"
Or some other process.
Your bug has been fixed in CVS by Radu, and will be included in
a new upstream release/debian package shortly.
