Dear Giovanni,

I don't have any expertise though I have a quad-core PC and a
cowbuilder instance at my end.

If you feel like sharing your expertise about what needs to be done,
could follow your steps and find build failures and all.

There are packages which aren't listed because some packages/package
versions explicitly need boost 1.66 or later.

One for e.g. is nheko, whose next version depends on boost 1.66 or
later headers. There may be more though. See #908101 for an example
of the same.

I know a few more but they aren't in debian because I haven't been
able to build them locally without the headers and knowing what
breakage to expect (if any) .

Even libtorrent-rasterbar9 which came to testing today is better
served by boost 1.67 (it's in upstream changelog) but the maintainer
somehow succeeded in having it run with 1.62.

Please let me know if I can be of help.

Sorry for the noise generated.
