FYI, I was waiting for upstream to release. It was kind of expected that such an old version of this driver would break with newer neutron. I've upgraded to latest git commit, and it looks like working. I'm uploading the fix. Thanks for this bug report. Cheers, Thomas Goirand (zigo)
