Dear Maintainer,

Getting mail with Date encoded RFC 2047, fdm do not recognise it and say
"bad date header, using current time".

The email contain date header encoded like 
"Date: =?utf-8?q?Tue=2C_28_Feb_2017_23=3A21=3A01_-0000?="
