Maybe the mozilla.org web server could add an HTTP redirect for this URL? The Debian package isn't the only place this URL appears, it can also be found on the archived Mozilla pages [1] and probably elsewhere on the net. [1] https://www-archive.mozilla.org/directory/java40relnotes.html
