Bug#908984: breezy: autopkgtests fail on 32 bit architectures

I think the Forwarded bug ( https://launchpad.net/bugs/1791288 ) is a
different issue. I synced breezy 3.0.0~bzr7119-1 and still get the
autopkgtest failures.
