Dear Maintainer,

upstream made another release recently, so Debian is now two releases
behind. Unless there's good reason against it, I'm asking you to upload
an updated Debian package, before buster freeze the latest. If you need
help with that, let me know.

Only for the sake of closing the gap to upstream I might also "salvage"
inspircd in a few weeks, the new process as described in
https://wiki.debian.org/PackageSalvaging
