I triggered the debci autopkgtest in testing with binary packages from
src:openssl from unstable [2]. The test passes. I also triggered the
debci autopkgtest in testing with binary packages from src:openssl and
src:erlang from unstable [3]. The test fails with rabbitmq-server
failing to install in the same way as reported in this bug.

Because of all the version locks between the erlang binary packages I
don't know which package from src:erlang is really causing this issue.
