I'm going to backport the upstream commit https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/commit/c5e3773a3c0480c6900db848c8755d6ec409933f for this issue. Please note this only works in Firefox >= 62. The "open_at_install" option is not available in Firefox ESR, so there is not much what I can do about it.
