The package ProtoBuf 3.6.1 is uploaded to Sid, effectively starting its transition. As noted, your upstream already have support for it with the Gazebo 9.2.0 release. It's out for months, even newer upstream releases exist, namely 9.3.1 at the moment of writing this. Please package it and upload to Sid. Thanks, Laszlo/GCS
