I'll continue send notes on my research to the bug. First observation is
that the session-manger does start, if I do start the service manually:

jo@pause:~$ sudo service anbox-container-manager restart
jo@pause:~$ systemctl --user start anbox-session-manager
jo@pause:~$ systemctl --user status anbox-session-manager
