After some try-and-error I guess the problem is "external inline" no
longer inlines functions declared that way, causing the linker to find
duplicate symbols. After fixing that, there are some prototypes
clashing, commenting them out resolves that issue as well.
So I've prepared an NMU for rcs-blame (versioned as 1.3.1-4.1) and
uploaded it to DELAYED/5. Please feel free to tell me if I
should delay it longer.
