That's indeed a good idea, except that it doesn't really reflect what would be installed on the computer. There can be some spurious install.rdf files in the xpi-staging area (not installed), disabled extensions for various reasons, not properly installed extensions, extensions installed in another profile than the one that is broken, etc. Anyway, I'll take the idea and will try to come up with something.
