Package: lm-sensors
Version: 1:3.4.0-4
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
The file debian/copyright states that the whole package lm-sensors is
distributed under the GPL, whereas the upstream file README states that:
"The library (libsensors) is released under the GNU Lesser General Public
License (LGPL), as included in the file COPYING.LGPL. The rest of this
package may be distributed according to the GNU General Public License
(GPL), as included in the file COPYING."
The license was changed by the commit e369e65 ("Change libsensors
license from GPL to LGPL.").
Best regards.
