Dear cmatrix maintainer, I noticed that current cmatrix package hasn't seen any uploads in the last 4 years. [1] Current homepage of cmatrix has moved to GitHub with a new upstream (https://github.com/abishekvashok/cmatrix) and release so current package in Debian should be updated as well. I'm wondering if you could upload a new version of cmatrix onto Debian before Debian 10 ("Buster") freeze; I'd like to provide with help if you don't have enough time to do that.
