Is adding an or really enough? #843756 suggests there were at least in the past additional problems to be resolved before it could be used – I also can't find any mention of Neovim in upstream sources. Perhaps you (or someone else?) can give some hints on how to enable vim-youcompleteme with neovim & provide a merge-request (on salsa) for the changes needed to the packaging?
