Hi Matthias, Thanks for reporting this issue. I've forwarded it upstream.
It looks like mapbox-geometry 1.0.0 caused this issue.If it breaks more packages I may revert it back to 0.9.3, otherwise we'll just have to do without node-mapnik in testing.
