In my opinion, gconf-editor only makes sense if there are enough
"hidden" settings in gconf that aren't exposed in the app's
preferences dialog.

Now that there are 5 gconf-using packages in Testing (plus 4 with
proposed patches), I think it's unlikely for gconf-editor to be
needed.

Therefore, I'd like to remove gconf-editor from Debian.
