JFTR: The database is now updated during apt(-file) update in 18.04.5-1, or
by manually running the update tool. update-command-not-found is a symlink
to cnf-update-db in /usr/share/command-not-found (and /usr/lib), I think
I might drop it eventually, as it's not really necessary anymore.
