Hi,

I'm not sure why this wasn't fixed in #660064 or #837928, but:

  $ apt install usrmerge
  [..]
  Setting up usrmerge (19) ...

  FATAL ERROR:
  Both /sbin/pm-suspend-hybrid and /usr/sbin/pm-suspend-hybrid exist.

  You can try correcting the errors reported and running again
  /usr/lib/convert-usrmerge until it will complete without errors.
  Do not install or update other Debian packages until the program
  has been run successfully.

  dpkg: error processing package usrmerge (--configure):
   installed usrmerge package post-installation script subprocess returned
error exit status 1
  Errors were encountered while processing:
   usrmerge
  E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

  $ dpkg -S /sbin/pm-suspend-hybrid

  $ ls -lh /sbin/pm-suspend-hybrid
  lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 28 2017-08-06 23:52 /sbin/pm-suspend-hybrid ->

  $ dpkg -S /usr/sbin/pm-suspend-hybrid

I'm afraid I'm not 100% sure this is a bug in molly-guard but -- given
that it takes over existing paths and the previous bugs -- I suspect
it is the culprit here out of the three packages involved.

If not, of course, please reassign and set the "affects" tag to match.

Conjecture: I installed molly-guard on this system many many years ago
so this may be not enough cleanup after just commenting something out.

Regards,
