Bug#910882: cups-browsed: The default for UseCUPSGeneratePPDs should be "Yes"

So to investigate this further I would need a log file of cups-browsed.
You get a log file if there is a line

DebugLogging file

in cups-browsed.conf

The log file will by default be created as

/var/log/cups/cups-browsed_log

Please attach your log file (from starting cups-browsed until 
observation of wrong behavior) to this bug report. Also attach your 
cups-browsed.conf.
