Hi,
in the '/lib/firehol/firehol' is written:
....
# We give all ports above 1000 because a few systems (like Solaris)
# use this range.
....
DEFAULT_CLIENT_PORTS="1024:65535"
So the comment does not match the setting. I think there should be
DEFAULT_CLIENT_PORTS="1000:65535"
It happened to my server, that some connection from MS Windows were from
ports 1000-1023.
