Hi,
The metapackage lxde currently depends on "leafpad | mousepad" which
in practice makes leafpad the default text editor for lxde. I think
leafpad is not suitable to be a default editor because of its
long-standing bugs:
- UTF-8 mishandling

I think any of those is not a problem for the two alternative editors,
mousepad and featherpad. Please consider dropping the dependency
on leafpad from lxde.
