Exactly this change was made upstream in 2.7.0, due to a similar problem affecting Alpine, which also builds 32-bit ARM using Aarch64 in 32-bit mode. Issue https://github.com/randombit/botan/issues/1543 Patch https://github.com/randombit/botan/pull/1544
