Control: tag -1 fixed-upstream
A local test build of 2.4.47+dfsg-1 on x32 passed for me _without_ these
patches, so I uploaded that to see what would happen, and it appears to
have succeeded on the buildd as well.

I didn't follow the upstream discussion closely but it sounded like all
of the functional changes (long long changes) were rejected.
Is there a next step here? Are the tests just going to continue being
flaky on x32 for the next 20 years?
