Hi, Thinking about it, and checking for the fact in the reproducible build logs, it looks like the issue is using python3-migrate 0.11.0-4. Indeed, the -5 release was patched to work with the latest version of sqlite3, and the -4 is affected by some problems that could well lead to what you've experienced.
