Package: www.debian.org Severity: normal File: http://www.us.debian.org/devel/testing
I find that the following is incomprehensible, and I suspect that it is outdated, now that bts version tracking is implemented. | The "testing" bug count for a package is considered to be roughly | the bug count at the last point when the "testing" version equalled | the "unstable" version. The bugs tagged sarge or etch will not be | counted. Bugs with the sid tag will be counted, though. If this is trying to say what it would make sense to say, then what happens nowadays is trivial: The testing bug count for a package is considered to be the number of bugs which apply to the version of that package in testing. and IMHO isn't even worth saying. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
