Hi,

Are there any reasons why part of the generated packages are still
using python2?

Looking at the .spec file you can apparently use the following to make
everything use python3 (no tested):

-DWITH_PYTHON3:BOOL=ON
-DWITH_PYTHON2:BOOL=OFF
-DWITH_PYTHON3_DEFAULT:BOOL=ON
