Hi,
/etc/mail/tls/*.cfg are generated by update_tls.
But they don't contain any machine specific information,
they seem to be identical on each and every machine (even
between current stable/testing).
So why don't you ship them as normal conffiles?
While you're at it:
There's no confidential information in them. No need to
make them only readable by root.
