This is all left-over cruft after the removal; I have no idea why it is still there. For example, the "aplpy" source package dropped the python-aplpy package already some time ago [1] -- but it is still listed for some reason. Same for all other packages. Before filing this removal request, I went through all the dependencies and checked them. If you find one that is really still there, drop me a note.
