Source: rsync Version: 3.1.3-2 Severity: normal rsync is a vital utility on many systems, therefore debug symbols should be readily available to our users.
Please see https://wiki.debian.org/AutomaticDebugPackages on how to achieve this with debhelper. If rsync uses a different mechanism to build then hopefully that mechanism also supports debug packages. Thanks, Chris
