This package has a new upstream maintainer (Bruce Guenter), a new upstream home (<http://untroubled.org/ezmlm/>), and a new upstream repo on GitHub (<https://github.com/bruceg/ezmlm-idx>). The latest version is 7.2.2 from 2014, but there are several later commits since then.
