Package: gnome-shell-extension-top-icons-plus
Version: 22-1
Severity: important

With top-icons enabled, I've found that the tray icons are only
partially clickable; only an area towards the upper-left corner of the
icon responds to clicks.

In case it helps, I have the following settings:

[org/gnome/shell/extensions/topicons]
icon-opacity=255
icon-saturation=0.0
icon-size=32
tray-order=3
tray-pos='right'
