I believe Debian Edu should be agnostic of the underlying network,
layer-2-wise. The situation here is really very general - think of the
ability to take a workstation (laptop) home and connect through a VPN.
Same issues here. And probably for a lot of other situations. Therefore,
I find it difficult to add something that suggests this is a "solution"
specific to wifi, and thus, I think all of this really is the job of the
underlying network and network services (like DHCP).
