That build without problems.

But, I think you still need to go thru the C++ ABI change, your
binary package is called libchipcard2-0c2, so "c2", and it needs
to be changed to "c2a".

Then libaqbanking_1.9.6.99+1.9.7beta-3 and qbankmanager_0.9.35-1 
build without problems.
