The symlinks to /usr/share/cartopy/data where missing from the
python{,3}-cartopy packages to due a typo in the filenames (.link
instead of .links). With the symlinks in place the repo_data_dir value
doesn't need to be changed.
The fix is in git and a new upload to unstable will follow shortly.
