Package: swayidle Version: 1.2-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I am testing the new sway/swaidle/swaylock packages and I can't get swayidle's before-sleep trigger to work. After discussing a bit on IRC and looking around, I noticed that swayidle does not appear to connect to dbus nor to be linked against libsystemd. This makes me believe that the optional support for systemd has not been compiled in, leading to that part not working correctly. I am not sure what your policy is wrt dbus/systemd in this package, but I decided to report it just in case it is an oversight Thx for the great packages Jeremy -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.19.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages swayidle depends on: ii libc6 2.28-6 ii libwayland-client0 1.16.0-1 ii libwayland-server0 1.16.0-1 swayidle recommends no packages. swayidle suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
