Ahh, issue is link in Javascript to map file. I mistook the issue to be links in map file to source javascript. Also, I misremembered Bootstrap4 as being one of the packages I had recently streamlined regarding source-mapping. I am happy that you mention underscore - that's one of those I looked at recently :-) I have now removed myslf as uploader of bootstrap4 to reduce risk of similar confusion in future.
