Possible fix:
I tried adding the missing file arv-viewer.ui as follows:

 - Modify the source package aravis-0.6.0-1, adding the following line
   to debian/aravis-tools.install:

   usr/share/aravis-0.6/arv-viewer.ui

 - Rebuild the aravis-tools binary package.

The modified package contains "arv-viewer.ui", and I can now succesfully
use the command "arv-viewer".
