I'm pretty sure that it doesn't. Multiarch is still considered an optional feature with limited adoption. This is just one drop in the bucket. However, if you need to do an upload anyway, I'd expect that such a change could be piggy-backed. In general, "normal" bugs are not unblock material. Helmut
