Excuse me, did you actually read the bug report? It's about messages sent automatically by the Debian infrastructure when bugs are closed, to lists on lists.debian.org, so the IP's and addresses are the same all the time. If you really need individual messages, we have to wait until the next upload that fixes bugs, since I didn't keep any messages sent to me.
