Based on Computations physics, Energy2D is an interactive visual multiphsyics simulation program that models all three modes of heat trasfer: conduction, convection, and radiation, and their coupling with particle dynamics. It allows you to design 'computational experiments' to test a scientific hypothesis or solve an engineering problem, and thus is useful for teaching, research and design. Energy2D runs quickly and lets you run computation fluid dynamics simulations without switching between multiple pieces of software, making this type of simulation much more accessible to non-experts.
