File project-history.en.dbk, as of commit 176f60e3, refers to DebConf10 as the "10th" Debconf in lines 407 and 979. It is my understanding that it should be referred to as the "11th" Debconf instead. Please note that in line 946 it is (correctly, in my opinion) referred to as the "11th" one. Regards, Rafa.
