You can set the environment variable ENV to move the file,
which is *also* documented (and, incidentally, the reason
we cannot read an mkshrc file from two separare locations
in the shell itself).
Set it anywhere that comes before the interactive shell
is started or reads it… exporting in ~/.profile comes to
mind (but you don’t want dotfiles, so…) or something in
the user session. This is independent of mksh, however.
Please also mind the tone, it comes over as insulting or
condescending.
