MariaDB Connector C is nowadays built from sources of by MariaDB 10.3. The source package mariadb-10.3 produces produces all the binary packages mariadb-connector-c used to produce. Current mariadb-connector-c in unstable is already in state "has no binaries on any arch". See: https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/mariadb-connector-c It has however not been autoremoved so I decided to file this issue to bring it to the attention of ftp-masters. Thank you ftp-masters!
