That version made the Breaks+Replaces ineffective: trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libndr-krb5pac.so.0.0.1', which is also in package libndr-standard0:amd64 4.0.0~beta2+dfsg1-3.2+deb7u2 According to debsnap the largest version number for libndr-standard0 in the archive is 2:4.0.8+dfsg-1 The next samba upload was 2:4.0.9+dfsg-1, and the samba-libs package that it built carried Breaks+Replaces: libndr-standard0 (<< 2:4.0.9) Andreas
