hg-evolve is an extension for mercurial providing fast and safe mutable history and changeset evolution. We use this on both client and server side, it provide advanced features like changeset evolution and new commands for mercurial (topics, evolve). There's already packaging for debian maintained upstream and we use it to make our own package. Releases are uploaded to https://pypi.org/project/hg-evolve/ . I think this could be maintained by the Python Applications Packaging Team. Let me known if I can do something to help integration of hg-evolve in debian, I can help on packaging or even maintain the package if somebody can sponsor my uploads. Thanks!
