Package: dput
Version: 0.9.2.21
Severity: wishlist

Hi!

When using dput to upload a package dput uses all available bandwith.
It would be nice if one could limit that so you could still do other
net needing stuff while uploading bigger packages.

Yours sincerely,
  Alexander
