cpl-plugin-fors has a failing test and thus FTBFS when I run a parallel
build :

This is due to the fact that hdrl_frameiter-test and hdrl_multiiter-test
use a too large wildcard to delete files they used.
Here is a merge request with a patch that I tested successfully with
some more detailed explanations :
