I notice you are the maintainer. You don't have any bugs against this package, so what makes it unusable, i.e. what is the problem of shipping this with buster? Do you really only want it out of buster, or removed from Debian unstable as well? In the later case, this bug should be reassigned to the ftp.debian.org pseudo package. Paul
